Could have been Great!

Yes, it could have been great and in fact was a one time. I used to rave about it and tell all my friends until the forced update erased all my carefully created lists. The favourites from special evenings, gifts from friends that reminded me of them and then my wish list. All I had was the correct number of my favorites and a sad empty label-less bottle. I was distraught and even wrote in for help thinking it was a correctable blip. No one responded to my plea. After reading these reviews I now know I wasnt alone. Not quite on the scale of sending the Hubble into Deep Space with a faulty mirror but really! Still useful and I like the scanning feature a lot . Hopefully the forced update lost lists issue can be fixed and trust restored.
